Media Release: Hāwea Residential Development Gets the Green Light
The first stage in a multi-year project to rejuvenate Lake Hāwea’s CBD has reached an important milestone. Resource consent has been granted for stage one of Falcon Rise, a premium residential lakefront development by local developers Quartz Development Group.
Falcon Rise encompasses some of the last true lakefront sites remaining in New Zealand. Nine of the seventeen consented sites have already sold, with prices ranging from $1.6 million to $2.1 million.
